Last Friday, I went to La Loba, located inside the newly opened 1 Hotel in downtown Seattle, with my girlfriends. It turned out to be such a beautiful night — filled with good food, drinks, laughter, and a cozy yet stylish ambiance.

Finding a restaurant in Seattle that has both amazing food and a great vibe can be a challenge, but La Loba nailed it.

📍 La Loba – 1 Hotel, Downtown Seattle

지난 금요일, 새로 오픈한 시애틀 다운타운 1 Hotel 안에 위치한 La Loba 레스토랑에 친구들과 함께 다녀왔어요. 오랜만에 엄마들끼리 모여 멋진 저녁을 먹고, 칵테일을 즐기며 웃고 떠드는 정말 아름다운 밤이었답니다.

시애틀에서 음식 맛도 좋고 분위기까지 괜찮은 레스토랑 찾기가 쉽지 않은데, La Loba는 두 가지를 모두 만족시켜줬어요.

🌿 The Atmosphere

The moment we stepped into the 1 Hotel lobby, I was already in love. The way the lobby flowed seamlessly into La Loba’s interior made it feel like we were transported to Cabo right here in Seattle. The decor was stunning: lush greenery, warm moody lighting, wooden tables, and soft-toned chairs. It gave the perfect balance of chic and relaxed.

To top it off, there was live music — a band playing Spanish guitar and Latin American songs. The music, the ambiance, the laughter around the table… it was pure magic.

호텔 로비에 들어서는 순간부터 감탄! 로비와 La Loba의 인테리어가 자연스럽게 이어지면서, 마치 **시애틀 속 카보(Cabo)**에 와 있는 듯한 기분이었어요. 곳곳에 푸른 식물들이 가득하고, 따뜻한 조명과 원목 테이블, 부드러운 톤의 의자들이 어우러져 이국적인 매력을 풍겼습니다.

게다가 라이브 밴드가 스페인 기타와 라틴 음악을 연주하고 있어서, 분위기를 한층 더 특별하게 만들어줬어요. 음악과 웃음소리, 따뜻한 조명이 어우러지니 정말 행복했답니다.

🍽 The Food

La Loba specializes in Spanish cuisine with tapas, entrées, and Spanish-inspired cocktails. We went with the Tasting Menu ($85 per person), which included:

• 4 different tapas (appetizers) ; Gazpacho shot, Scallop Crudo, Endive & Granola Salad, 30-day dry aged Striploin Carpaccio – everything was absolutely delicious! I loved how each dish had its own unique texture, and I was impressed by the unexpected yet delightful mix of ingredients.
• 2 Platillos – Eggplant Parmagiana, croquette & Jamon
• 1 entrée – Pan roasted Black cod, Hanger Steak, Double R Ranch braised Beef cheek
• Dessert – Granita (Strawberry Shaved Ice, Popcorn Mousse) – Refreshing and delicious.

Honestly, such a great deal for the quality and amount of food! Everything was beautifully plated, the flavors were bold yet balanced, and the portions were just right. We felt like we were on a culinary adventure.

The cocktail experience was also a highlight — they rolled out a bar cart to our table and made cocktails right in front of us. It was interactive, fun, and (most importantly) delicious.

La Loba는 스페인 요리를 중심으로 다양한 타파스와 스페인식 칵테일을 선보여요. 저희는 1인당 $85 테이스팅 메뉴를 주문했는데,

• 4가지 타파스
• 2가지 파티오 (테이블이 나눠먹을 수 있는 디쉬들)
• 4개의 앙트레(메인) -4명이 다 다른 앙트레 시켜서 패밀리 스타일로 나눠먹었어요.
• 디저트 – 딸기 빙수에 팝콘 무스를 올려주는데 너무 리프레쉬 하고 맛있었어요.

이런 구성이라 양과 퀄리티 대비 가격이 정말 괜찮았어요. 음식은 하나하나 예쁘게 플레이팅 되어 있었고, 맛도 풍부하면서도 밸런스가 좋았어요. 특히 타파스는 다 텍스쳐가 다른 메뉴들이라 먹으면서 오감이 만족하는 구성이었고 메뉴마다 신경 써서 만든게 느껴지더라구요. 생각하지 못한 재료들을 믹스하거나 소스에 힘을 준 메뉴들이 있어서 먹으면서 매번 ‘와 이건 뭐지? 너무 맛있는데 새로운 맛!’ 하면서 먹었어요. 또 칵테일은 바 카트를 테이블까지 가져와 바로 앞에서 만들어주는데, 보는 재미도 있고 맛도 훌륭했답니다.

🌟 A Fun Twist

What really surprised me were the Korean fusion touches:

• Black cod with grilled kimchi on the side
• Ragu pasta with a ramen-inspired sauce

Unexpected? Yes. Yummy? Absolutely.

재미있었던 건, 몇몇 요리에 코리안 퓨전 요소가 들어있었다는 점이에요.

• 블랙 코드(대구) 요리에 구운 김치가 곁들여져 있었고,
• 라구 파스타에는 라면 소스 같은 풍미가 더해져 있었어요.

뜻밖이었지만, 정말 맛있었어요!

💃 Mama’s Night Out

We ended the evening taking photos together in the lobby (because of course 📸). By the time we were leaving, a DJ had started playing in the lobby bar, and I wished we could’ve stayed a little longer to enjoy that vibe too. But… mama duties call. 😉

It was such a fun and memorable night out, and I’d totally recommend La Loba if you’re looking for a special dinner spot in Seattle.

저녁 식사를 마치고 호텔 로비에서 사진도 잔뜩 찍었어요. 너무 예뻐서 사진 찍을 스팟이 엄청 많았어요. 늦은 밤에는 로비에서 DJ가 음악을 틀고 있었는데, 아이들만 아니었으면 바에서 칵테일 한 잔 더 즐기고 싶었는데 엄마들은 집에 가야하지요.. 아쉬웟어요 힝 😉

엄마들끼리 오랜만에 특별한 시간을 보내서 너무 즐거웠고, 시애틀에서 특별한 밤을 보내고 싶으신 분들께 La Loba를 강력 추천드려요!
